Hello. I'm so sorry but I had problem with my PC and I couldn't write the Classroom Diary yesterday. But here I am. It's never too late.
On Tuesday we worked with the vocabulary related with the GIVING DIRECTION. The we did the listeneing activity on page 77 (number 5).
I told you about the SECOND CONDITIONAL SENTENCES and we did exercises number 1 and 2 on page 141. I also gave you a photocopy with vocabulary about THE WEATHER.
Please, do the writings about ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES and also the one abou GIVING DIRECTIONS. They can be useful for your exams.

Today you gave me the writings about GIVING DIRECTIONS  and ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES. We worked with the vocoulary about giving directions and we did exercises 1,2 and 5 on page 77.

You learn about THE SECOND CONDITIONAL SENTENCES and we did exercises 1 and 2 on page 141. Please read the Grammar point on page 140 (11.1) about the second conditional sentences.

HOMEWORK: Do the exercises you will find in the photocopy I gave to you with the 1st Conditiona sentences(there you'll find on the other site the activities about the SECOND CONDITIONAL SENTENCES).

Today we did the book test. After we checked the homework and I gave you a photocopy about GIVING DIRECTIONS.
HOMEWORK: Do the writing about ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES.
- Do another writing: Write a letter or email to a friend telling him/her that you moved because you bought a new house. Describe the new house and tell him/her how to get there using the vocabulary about GIVING DIRECTIONS

April,13th

Today we did exrecises number 4 on page 72 and number 1 and 2 on page 138 after having read point 9.1 about TIME CLAUSES. We also read the article on page 75 and did exercise number 3 on page 74.

HOMEWORK: Go to page 72 and read  and do exercise number 6. Go to page number 73 and do exercises from 1 to 5.

DON'T FORGET TO DO THE WRITING ABOUT ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!

REMEMBER that April 15th you have the bokk test!!!!!

Today we checked the homework you did during the weekend. After we did exercises 1 and 2 on page 138 and we read 9.1 about the use of  THE TIME CLAUSE. Then we did exercises 4 and 5 on page 72.

HOMEWORK: Go to page 72 and do exercise 6. Then go to page 73 and do exercises from 1 to 5(these activities are for wednesday). Then for next Monday you have to do a writing activity. Go to page 112, read exercises 2 and 3. You have to write about ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES (You have some ideas about what to write on exercise number 5 on page 112)

REMEMBER THAT ON WEDNESDAY 14TH YOU HAVE TO DO THE READING TEST!!!!!

Today we did some activities about THE FIRST CONDITIONAL SENTENCES and you worked with some photocopies I gave to you. We listened again the dialogue 8.10 and you role played it. I gave a photocopy with THE PARTS OF THE BODY(if you go to the extra listening link, you'll find a listening about THE PARTS OF THE BODY).

HOMEWORK:  Go to page 112 and read the writing about ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF TRAVELLING BY TRAIN.

Write a similar composition. You have ideas on exercise number 5 but you can write about any other topic you like.

Today we checked the homework and after we continued working with the topic about illnesses. We did the listening activity (4) on page 69 and I gave you a photocopy with THE PARTS OF THE BODY(go to the extra listening link and listen to them). You learnt about the FIRST CONDITIONAL SENTENCES and we did some activities in the classroom using this type of conditional sentence (activity 1 on page 71 and you worked with photocopies I gave to you):
HOMEWORK: Go to page 75 and read the text. Then do activity number 3 on page 74. Don't forget to do the exercises in the photocopy I gave to you about THE FIRST CONDITIONAL SENTENCES).
