Today we worked with the photocopies I gave to you about School days.

And we practiced the Past Simple. As homework for Monday, you have to write a composition of about 130-200 words about your School Days. You have to use the Simple Past and Pas Continuous and the vocabulary we've been studied. You have to write about your school, favourite teacher, favourite subject, which subject you were good/terrible at, if you were fond of any of your teachers, wgich subject were you interested in or both with, etc....

REMEMBER that you're coming on Friday. We're going to start with an oral activity. You have to compare the Spanish education system with the irish one.(Have a look to exercise number 1 on the photocopy called Irish School)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
Today we did the activity on page 103. It's an email where we fiiled the gaps with SO, BECAUSE, ALTHOUGH, BUT and HOWEVER.
For Thursday I'd like you to give me a similar writing. You have the instructions on exercise 7 on page 103.
Then we talked about the PAST SIMPLE and PAST CONTINUOUS. Go to page 129/130 and read the information about it. Then do exercises from 1 to 5. We did number 4.

HAPPY 2010!!!!!!!

Today you told me about what you did at Christmas. You used the SIMPLE PAST. Don't forget to review the IRREGULAR VERBS LIST. I also give you photocopies with vocabulary related to EDUCATION. We're going to work with them this week. Please go to page129/130 and read the information about the SIMPLE PAST and e PAST CONTINUOUS. Have a look to December,21st. Don't forget to do the writing on page 103.First, read the information about BUT, ALTHOUGH, HOWEVER, SO AND BECAUSE. Do the activities and read the email you'll find on page 103 (6) and then write an email as it's said on exercise number 7.
